GRADING A JOB

When you get a job on you must work out whether you want to work it or not and how to prioritise it. You don’t waste our time trying to fill low level jobs, you must always remember the value that you have for our business. Any question marks will also equal 0 points. Grade the jobs out of 51 as displayed below and then double your score to get the percentage.

If the job gets 80% or above it is an “A job”, 70% to 79% = “B job”, 60% to 69% = “C job”, 59% or below would be an “F job”.
